Patricia Mercaldo

Tricia Mercaldo is a seasoned technology executive with a passion for innovation and leadership. With a strong background in building high-performing teams, she has made significant contributions to the tech industry, driving growth and transformation in various organizations. Tricia is known for her strategic vision, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to lead teams and initiatives to success.

Throughout her career, Tricia has worked in diverse industries, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to each role. She focuses on improving business processes and enhancing employee engagement and adoption through technology solutions. Tricia’s leadership style is very motivational and collaborative, ensuring alignment across the business.

Currently, Tricia serves as Executive Director, Technology Solutions and Client Services, leading Javara’s technology team and investments from implementation through on-going maintenance. She also is responsible for site infrastructure, services, and strategy for growth.

Prior to joining Javara, Tricia established a demonstrated track record of success in global enterprises such as Coca-Cola, TimeWarner (Turner), and Advance Auto Parts.

Outside of her career, Tricia is also actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Transylvania County, and currently serves as Vice-Chair, dedicating her time to mentoring and supporting the staff as well as youth development, and demonstrating a deep commitment to the kids of the community.

Tricia earned her BA in Computer Science and Accounting from Georgia State University.
