Tegan Mead is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in clinical research and healthcare administration. With a career spanning over a decade, Tegan has made significant contributions to the field through her leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence.
Currently, Tegan serves as Executive Director, Healthcare Alliance, a pivotal role dedicated to spearheading the establishment and growth of Javara’s healthcare partnerships, with oversight of the strategic development and execution of initiatives aimed at forging robust alliances with healthcare entities. Her leadership ensures the alignment of organizational objectives with the needs and goals of our partners, fostering collaborative relationships that drive mutual success and sustainable growth.
Tegan is also passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical research, and leads Javara in ensuring all communities have access to trials that drive medical innovation. By fostering inclusive partnerships and breaking down barriers to participation, creating a more equitable healthcare landscape that reflects and serves diverse patient populations.
Prior to her career in clinical research, Tegan served with distinction in the United States Air Force as a flight nurse for seven years. Her time in the military instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to service, qualities that continue to guide her professional endeavors.
Tegan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
