
Renee Ferris is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of experience driving strategic financial leadership at global multi-billion-dollar healthcare companies. Known for her passionate and pragmatic approach, she leads with integrity focusing on what is best for the business and the people (colleagues and customers). Renee brings a robust track record in leading financial transformations, M&A strategy, commercial P&L management, and system implementation. She currently serves as Vice President, Strategy and Financial Planning at Javara.
Previous to joining Javara, Renee held leadership roles at Haleon (IPO spinoff of GSK’s consumer healthcare portfolio), where she led the financial strategy for the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements & Marketing Services categories. Her contributions included shaping the investor relation narrative, leading category strategy and M&A planning.
Renee started her corporate finance career at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare (formerly Wyeth), rising through the ranks to Director of Brand & Commercial Finance. There she managed portfolios exceeding $1.2 billion in revenue driving consistent revenue and market share growth while increasing profit by $100 million. Prior to her role on brands, she was on the Global Innovation & M&A teams where $500 million in net sales was generated from the deals closed during her tenure (including the acquisition of Emergen-C and the OTC licensing deal of Nexium 24Hr).
She holds both a BS and MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University where she was a presidential scholar and standout collegiate athlete. In addition to her corporate finance achievements, Renee has served as an adjunct professor of finance and worked in sales for 2 years.
