Tegan joined Javara in 2018 and has held multiple operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility through the years. Her tenure at Javara has seen her rise to the position of Executive Director of Operational Excellence, a testament to her dedication and ability to deliver results. In this capacity, she led in shaping the organization’s operational strategies, driving growth, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Currently, Tegan serves as Executive Director, Healthcare Alliance, a pivotal role dedicated to spearheading the establishment and growth of Javara’s healthcare partnerships, with oversight of the strategic development and execution of initiatives aimed at forging robust alliances with healthcare entities. Her leadership ensures the alignment of organizational objectives with the needs and goals of our partners, fostering collaborative relationships that drive mutual success and sustainable growth. Prior to her career in clinical research, Tegan served with distinction in the United States Air Force as a flight nurse for seven years. Her time in the military instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to service, qualities that continue to guide her professional endeavors.
Tegan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
